Be good to yourself today. Schedule a massage, read a good book, take a long lunch or hang out with friends.
Do something for yourself you've always wanted to do, but didn't have the time or money to do before.
And if you don't have time or money, at least reward yourself by thinking well of your accomplishments today.
Think of how far you've come, what you've had to overcome and how many of your goals you've accomplished. Remind yourself that though you are not where you'd like to be, you are well on the way to getting there.
